1. What we collect
- Account data: your name, email and organization name.
- Operation data: the clients, screens, campaigns and content you create in your panel.
- Screen telemetry: what each screen is playing, its last signal, free space, player version and device model — that is what live monitoring shows you.
- Play logs: a record of each piece played, used to build your reports.
- Basic cookies: your session (to keep you signed in) and your language preference. No advertising trackers.
2. What we use it for
Only to operate the Service: showing your panel, monitoring your screens, building your reports and giving you support. We do not sell your data nor use it for third-party advertising.
3. Where it lives
Data is stored with trusted infrastructure providers (database and file storage on Supabase, hosting on Vercel), protected with access isolation per organization: one account can never see another account’s data.
4. How long we keep it
While your account is active. If you delete your organization, the account is deactivated first (recoverable for a short period through support) and afterwards its data — content, screens, reports — may be permanently erased.
5. Your rights
You can access and correct your data from the panel. To request a copy or the deletion of your data, write to us and we will act promptly.
6. Changes
If we change this policy in a significant way, we will announce it inside the Service.
