Terms of Service

1. Who we are
The Matrixign platform (“the Service”) is operated by Matrixign. By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms.
2. What the Service is
Matrixign is a cloud platform to manage digital-signage screens (TVs, TV boxes, holographic fans, computers and tablets): uploading content, building campaigns, scheduling, live monitoring, remote control and play reports.
3. Your account
- Provide accurate information and keep your password safe.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the users you create in your organization.
- One person or business may not create multiple free accounts to bypass plan limits.
4. Free plan and limits
The free plan currently includes 2 screens and 500 MB of storage. Limits and features per plan may change; if they do, we will announce it inside the Service. Paid plans are agreed directly with us.
5. Your content
- Your content stays yours. You give us permission only to store it and deliver it to your screens — that is what the Service does.
- You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload, and for complying with the advertising rules that apply to your business and region (for example, rules about alcohol advertising, its schedules and audiences).
- Illegal content or content that infringes third-party rights is not allowed; we may remove it and suspend the account.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to breach the security of the Service, access other organizations’ data, overload the platform, or use it for anything illegal.
7. Availability
We work to keep the Service available and your screens playing — including offline caching in our players — but the Service is provided “as is”, without a guaranteed uptime commitment on the free plan.
8. Deleting your account
You can delete your organization from the Service (Settings → My organization). Deletion first deactivates the account (screens stop, access is blocked) and support can still recover it for a short period; afterwards it may be permanently erased, including your content and reports.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matrixign is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost data arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the previous 12 months (zero on the free plan).
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If the change is significant we will announce it in the Service; continuing to use it means you accept the new terms.
